MEZGER Heftsysteme GmbH takes the protection and security of your personal data very seriously. On 25.05.2018 the EU data protection basic regulation, briefly "EU-DSGVO" came into force.

In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when you contract with us and when using our website. Personal data is all data that is personally available to you, eg. Name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior. We have taken extensive technical and operational safeguards to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress.

Uses of your data
Basically, we use your data only for the preparation and implementation of the contract concluded with you, Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO. Your data may also be used by us on the basis of a balance of interests to safeguard our legitimate interests, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. This is done z. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event of activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
