Application range

Closing of cartons made of corrugated cardboard with touching and overlapping flaps with blind stapling.

TOP SP P 18 suitable for double corrugated cardboard.
In order to use the stapler also for single corrugated cardboard it can easily be converted for
TOP SP 11 staples in stapler TOP SP P 11.

With the MEZGER Blind Staplers there are no additional stitching holes next to the staples.

There are also three ways to staple the bottom of empty folding boxes:
- Stapling from the inside out.
- The empty folding box is placed over a trestle and then stapled at the bottom.
- The filled folding box is stapled at the lid and then turned over for bottom stapling.

Recommendation

For convenient working use a balancer in combination with a swivel arm system, and an appropriate spiral hose are available. See > accessories.
With a POGOSTICK TOP SP P extension rod, you can also staple the bottom of oversized cardboard boxes from the inside out.
