SGR 4 / GAR Stapling Device with 4 stapling heads.
For stapling large folding boxes of corrugated cardboard

Application range

The folding box (KA) is folded manually, pushed between the stapling head (HK) and the stapling anvil (HA) and fixed with the clamping plates (KL). By activating the two-hand valve (ZH) (press both buttons simultaneously!), the connected stapling heads (HE) are triggered and all activated staples are set at the same time. After releasing the two-hand valve (ZH), the stapling heads return to their initial position. The stapled folding box (KA) can be removed.

•  SGR4 / GAR / QE = transverse stapling.
•  Max. throat depth: ca. 450 mm.
•  Adjustment range ca.120 -2600 mm
•  Stapling distance from the edge: min. 45 mm. 
•  Inclusive security two-hand valve and maintenance unit.

The staple device can be equipped with various stapling heads for coiled staples -
see stapling heads > A 20, B 36, C 13.

Pneumatic stapling device with an optional transverse or longitudinal stapling (QE and LE) can be delivered.
